To order your custom fangs, you must set up an appointment with Horror Show Jack either at his residence in Wayne, NJ or at your home.  If you choose to have Horror Show Jack come to you, there is an additional charge to cover gas and tolls.  Customers who are under 18 must have a parent present. 

 

If you visit Horror Show Jack at a show, you will have your impressions taken but your finished fangs will most likely be mailed to you.  At public shows, there are no age restrictions but Horror Show Jack will not be responsible if your parents get pissed.
